Q:  Does using U.S. Visa Pros guarantee I will pass my visa interview?

A:  Unfortunately, there are no guarantees with visa adjudications. However, working with one of our former visa officers will improve your understanding of the visa interview process and improve your chances of passing.

Q:  Do I get to pick my U.S. Visa Pros consultant?

A:  Based on the facts of your case, including visa type, location of interview, and other factors, we will provide you with an excellent former visa officer to consult with you.

Q:  Can I get a refund if I do not pass my visa interview?

A:  We do not offer refunds. However, if you do not pass your visa interview, we can work with you to schedule one follow up session, free of charge, to discuss your potential options moving forward.

Q:  How can I be sure of the quality and experience of your former visa officers?

A:  Each of our U.S. Visa Pros consultants are former diplomats who have adjudicated at least 10,000 visa applications. They have gone through our internal vetting process, ensuring we have seasoned and experienced consultants waiting to assist you.

Q: Does U.S. Visa Pros offer legal services?

A: U.S. Visa Pros is not a law firm. Our team consists of former visa officers and only provides consultations related to visa interview preparation and consular processing. Although we do not provide legal advice or services, we are happy to refer you to a reputable law firm.
